The reservation and ticketing period for the "ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards Discount Mileage Campaign" has ended.

Campaign Details

Premium Members and Super Flyers Members who register for this campaign during the requisite period and then use an ANA Japan domestic flight award on any Japan domestic route within the eligible departure period will be refunded 10% of the miles they used to redeem the award.

Flight awards obtained with the Weekly TOKU-TABI Mile, ANA Customer Appreciation Day! Discount Mileage Campaign, AMC Companion Award, etc. are also eligible for this campaign.

Eligible Flights

All Japan domestic flights with ANA flight numbers

Japan domestic codeshare flights operated by Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines are not eligible for flight awards.

Eligible Customers

Diamond/Platinum/Bronze Service Members, Super Flyers Members (Primary Members, Registered Family Members)

Customer who are one of the above on the date of boarding are eligible.

If a family member within 2 degrees of kinship who have been registered as award users boards during the eligible period, 10% of the miles they used to redeem the award will be refunded to the mileage account of the above-mentioned eligible member.

If a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member will use a flight award, the member must register that person as an Award User in advance. (Up to 10 Award Users can be registered.) Please go to Award User Registration to register. (You will then move to the members-only page.)

Award Users may be asked to present documentation to verify their relationship with the ANA Mileage Club member.

Even if the person who redeems the flight award is not the person who uses it, the miles will still be refunded to the mileage account of the ANA Mileage Club member who redeemed the flight award. If you redeem miles for award tickets using ANA Card Family Miles or ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA), the miles will be refunded to the Prime member's mileage account.

Customers will be notified of their mileage refund via the re-accrual of their miles to their ANA Mileage Club mileage account.

Please board a flight within the eligible departure period. Mileage refunds are not available for flights falling outside the eligible departure period.

Only a limited number of seats are available with flight awards. There may be cases when award tickets may not be used even if non-award seats are still available on a flight.

Partner airline flight awards for Japan domestic flight connections and international flight awards are not eligible for this campaign.

Infants (under 3 years old*1) and small children (between 3 and 11 years old*1) will be eligible for this campaign if they use a flight award obtained for the same amount of miles as an adult. However, infants will not be eligible for the campaign if they do not occupy their own seat.

The mileage refund will be based on mileage at the time of reservation/ticketing.
