New Japan domestic flight boarding from May 19, 2026.

Please note the below changes to the Japan domestic passenger service.
Additional information and changes in fares will be announced at a later date.

Reservation and Ticket Purchase

Flight reservations can be made up to 355 days prior to the flight date.

Reservations for flights on May 19, 2026 accepted from May 29, 2025.

Ticket Handling

We will no longer be handling open tickets. When making a reservation, please specify the boarding date and flight.
Passengers with open tickets must board by May 18, 2026.
Flight coupons must be used in sequence according to the ticket.
Ex.: When the flight coupons for a ticket are sector 1 (Tokyo-Osaka), and sector 2 (Osaka-Fukuoka), you cannot use sector 2 before using sector 1.

Age of Children

The applicable ages of infants and children will be changed as follows.
Infants also require a ticket.
Please book and issue tickets for infants at the same time as accompanying adults.

Confirming Your Reservation

Confirmation numbers will no longer be used.
Please have the reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) or ticket number (13 digits) shown on your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt ready.

When Using Shareholder's Benefit Number Notification Card

When purchasing tickets, you will be asked for your Shareholder's Benefit Number and Password.

Customers who require assistance

Expectant mothers within 14 days of their due date (including the due date) must be accompanied by a physician.
Unaccompanied minor service is offered to children aged 5 to 11 years old travelling alone and will be assisted from departure to arrival airport( ANA Junior Pilot service).
Please apply to the ANA Junior Pilot service.
(If your child is aged 8 to 11 years old and does not require assistance, please select "Not required" when applying.)

0-4 years old	Required	ANA Junior Pilot is not available. The child should travel with an accompanying passenger who is 12 years old or over.
5-7 years old	Not required	If the child is traveling alone, they must use ANA Junior Pilot service.
8-11 years old	Not required	Children can fly alone. If they do not require assistance, select "ANA Junior Pilot service not required."

Reservation Notes

Passengers' names must be registered in Hepburn romanization or the alphabet.
Ex.: 空野太郎 → SORANO/TARO
Please register your date of birth when making a reservation.

Check-In

Check-in procedure and some services/procedures at the airport will change.(Ex.: Check-in for the codeshare flights or Standby at the airport)
The changes will be informed soon.

Applicable Conditions of Carriage

The new "Conditions of Carriage for Passenger Baggage" will apply to travel starting on/after May 19, 2026.

For itineraries including international flights and starting before May 18, 2026, the current "Conditions of Carriage for International Flights" will apply to the entire itinerary.
For itineraries including domestic flights only, until May 18, 2026, the current "Conditions of Carriage for Domestic Flights" will apply.
