How to Accrue Miles

Miles are accrued when Edy from the following eligible cards is used to make a payment.

Eligible Cards

AMC cards and ANA Cards which have Edy functionality are eligible.

The YAMADA LABI ANA Mileage Club SAISON AMERICAN EXPRESS® Card is not eligible.
(YAMADA LABI ANA Mileage Club cards which are newly issued or renewed after July 1, 2014 do not have Edy functionality. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.)

Mileage Accrual Rate

Mileage Accrual Timing

Miles will be automatically accrued to the AMC mileage account about 2-3 weeks after the Edy payment.

Retroactive accrual is not permitted.

When using a card with Edy functionality in conjunction with the Edy functions of an OSAIFU-KEITAI® (digital wallet) device, the miles for the eligible amount will be calculated and automatically accrued to the mileage account about 2-3 weeks after the Edy payment.

When renewing an ANA Card or switching from an AMC card with Edy functionality to an ANA Card, the Edy balance will not be transferred. Make sure to use up the Edy balance on the old card.

Compensation is not provided for e-money balances when cards are lost or stolen.

Notes

For Coco Store, and Daily Yamazaki convenience stores, purchases of all products which can be purchased with Edy are eligible for mileage accrual.

Edy is not accepted as payment for some products, such as products which are sold through multimedia terminals. Please confirm beforehand.

Not Eligible for Mileage Accrual

In principle, Edy purchases of the following products, as well as at the following merchants/locations, are not eligible for mileage accrual.

Cafeterias and shops located inside educational institutions/companies, vending machines, game machines inside amusement facilities
Ground transportation, gift certificates, event and facility admission tickets, prepaid cards
Insurance premiums (general insurance, life insurance, etc.), receiving-agent service payments (public utilities, taxes, pensions, etc.), credit card payments
Charitable donations, motor vehicle-related expenses, some adult-oriented products
Some online payments and Mobile Edy payments

There may be cases when Edy cannot be used to purchase both products which are and are not eligible for mileage accrual in the same transaction.

If an Edy payment is canceled, refunded, etc., the accrued miles from the transaction will also be canceled.

Edy payment may also not be accepted in other cases not mentioned above.
