When purchasing tickets through the ANA website, ANA Reservation and Customer Service Centers,* and ANA counters in Japan (at both branch offices and airports), and purchasing ANA tickets through Travel CUBE.

Mileage Accrual Rate

In addition to miles that can be redeemed with credit card points:
ANA Card purchases: JPY 100 (including tax) = 1 mile
ANA Card Premium purchases: JPY 100 (including tax) = 2 miles *It is not applied to CTBC JCB Eternity card

    Certain procedures are required when redeeming credit card points for miles and an annual redemption handling fee will apply, with some exceptions. (Some cards, such as ANA Wide Gold Cards, do not require redemption handling fees.) The number of accruable miles may differ depending on the credit card company, transaction details, etc.

    In the case of a refund, the equivalent number of miles will be deducted from the member's mileage account.

Mileage Accrual Eligibility

  1. When purchasing tickets through the ANA website, ANA Reservation and Customer Service Centers,* and ANA counters in Japan (at both branch offices and airports).

      ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center and ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center.

    • *

      Bids made through Bid My Price are not eligible for mileage accrual.

    • *

      Ticket purchases from ANA websites for countries other than Japan and ANA counters at branch offices and airports outside Japan are not eligible for mileage accrual.

    • *

      Ticket reservations and purchases at travel agencies are not eligible for mileage accrual.

    • *

      Payments related to air cargo transportation which are made at airport counters are not eligible for mileage accrual.

How to Accrue Miles

Use an ANA Card as the payment method when purchasing tickets.

Mileage Accrual When Paying with Apple Pay/iD/QUICPay™

  • iD payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
    Furthermore, Apple Pay payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are made using iD and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

  • QUICPay™ payments with ANA JCB Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
    Apple Pay payments with ANA JCB Cards are made using QUICPay™ and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

  • QUICPay™ or Apple Pay payments made with ANA American Express Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

Mileage Accrual Date

After the purchase, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.
