Club Med

After making a reservation via one of the applicable methods*1, register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and other necessary information on the designated form on the official Club Med website (Japanese) at least one day prior to check-in. 

Please note that the front staff at the relevant accommodation facility will not accept any application for mileage accrual during check-in.

Miles will be accrued for each stay. Consecutive stays at the same accommodation facility will be counted as one stay. Only one member will be able to earn miles for each stay*2. Even if an ANA Mileage Club member reserves and makes payment for multiple rooms, miles will only be accrued for the reservation for 1 room.

*1. Reservations that are made directly over the phone with Club Med Contact Center or on Club Med's website, or made via a travel agency or accommodation website are eligible for mileage accrual.

*2. 1 stay = 1 check-in/1 check-out
