Timing of Mileage Accrual

Approximately 3-4 months after the stay will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

Only accommodation fees are eligible for mileage accrual. (package tours and flight tickets are not eligible.)

Customers must be Rakuten Travel members in order to make reservations through Rakuten Travel.
When multiple ANA Mileage Club members are staying together, miles will only be accrued for the person who made the booking.
If the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number is not entered on the Rakuten Travel mobile website or the Rakuten Travel Reservations (Outside Japan) page, mileage will not be accrued.
