Information

The coupon/voucher redemption service has been terminated as of June 30, 2022.
In its place, we have launched the following new service as of July 1, 2022: ANA Variety Coupon.

  Customers who applied for coupons/vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use the relevant services until the expiration date shown on their coupons/vouchers.

  Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.
For applications made on and after October 1, 2021, a 30,000 Mile Plan will be available for the Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu.

Required Mileage and Eligible Products

30,000 miles can be used to redeem a coupon for a stay at an applicable Tokyu Hotel (2 guests/room for 1 night, including taxes and service charges but excluding meals).

Expiration Date

On the last day of the month, 12 months from the month after the month of issue.
(For example: Coupons issued on June 1 are valid until June 30 of the following year.)

Coupons which have exceeded their expiration dates will no longer be valid.

Blackout dates will vary depending on the hotel at which you stay. Please contact the relevant hotel for details.

How to Use

Process

The coupons are delivered to you.
Make an advance reservation by telephone.
Present the coupons on the day of use.

How to Make a Reservation

After receiving the coupon, an advance reservation must be made by telephone with the relevant hotel. When making the reservation, please state that you will be using a coupon.

Reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to your intended date.

Please write your name and ANA Mileage Club membership number in the respective spaces on the coupon and present it to the hotel staff when you arrive at the hotel.

The vouchers/coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the request.
Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Notes

Coupons may only be used by the ANA Mileage Club member who requested them and their accompanying guest(s).
When staying at Tokyu Hotels within Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kanazawa and Fukuoka, separate accommodation taxes will apply.
Terms and conditions apply to voucher/coupon usage. Please read and confirm the details written in the service guide that is delivered with the coupons.
If you forget to bring the coupon with you to the hotel, you will be required to pay for the actual cost of your stay. Mileage refunds will not be given for vouchers/coupons which are not used.
If a coupon is used, the hotel stay will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
The number of guest rooms that are available to coupon users is limited. Depending on room availability, you may not be able to make a reservation for your preferred date.
