Housekeeping service: 1 mile for every JPY 100 (including tax) spent on monthly service fees with the Deluxe Plan

Deluxe Plan

Biweekly 3-hour service: 297 miles for every JPY 29,776 spent
Weekly 2-hour service: 458 miles for every JPY 45,881 spent
Weekly 3-hour service: 581 miles for every JPY 58,179 spent

Housecleaning service: 1 mile for every JPY 100 (including tax) spent requesting any eligible housecleaning service menu

Air conditioner cleaning

Duration of service (approximate): 2 hours Service fees: Starting from JPY 14,190, for 141 miles or more
Kitchen cleaning

Duration of service (approximate): 3 hours Service fees: Starting from JPY 18,920, for 189 miles or more
Water-related 5-area package (bathroom, toilet, washbasin, kitchen, ventilation fan)

Duration of service (approximate): 5 hours Service fees: JPY 69,740 for 697 miles

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance after payment confirmation.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Please note that retroactive mileage registration requests will not be accepted.

Notes

About mileage accrual

Only the regular housekeeping service (Deluxe Plan) and housecleaning service are eligible for mileage accrual.
Miles accrued by using the housekeeping service and by using the housecleaning service will be added separately.
Mileage accrual is valid only usable by the person themselves that made a contract.
Only service application made via the dedicated service desks above are eligible for mileage accrual.
Miles aren't accrued if the contract is cancelled after signing or before the formal procedures are completed.
Mileage accrual is ineligible when using discounts, promotions, or gift cards.
Services and benefits are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

About the housekeeping and housecleaning services

A flat transportation fee of JPY 990/staff will be added for the housekeeping service.
If the nearest station is more than 1.3 km away, a flat bus fare of JPY 440/trip will be added separately.
When using the housecleaning service, an extra JPY 1,018 to JPY 2,037 will be added if there is no parking space.
For housekeeping service requests, please contact us by 17:00 the day before the service is needed. For housecleaning service requests, please contact us by 12:00 the day before the service is needed.
Please note that a 100% service fee will be charged as cancellation fees for any cancellation made after the above deadlines.
Regular service contracts will be automatically renewed on an annual basis.
Air conditioners older than 8 years old are more susceptible to malfunctions due to aging.
In the event of any malfunction due to cleaning, we guarantee replacement and may use substitute parts instead of genuine parts for the air conditioner concerned.
Depending on the condition of the coating and oil stains, the coating may peel off. In this case, we will discuss with the customer before performing any work.
We may not be able to disassemble some exhaust hoods due to their structure.
