Search for the official WHITE EXPRESS. LINE account for the relevant eligible area and add it as a friend. Then, go to the menu on the LINE Talk screen and tap [今すぐ利用] ("Use Now") to make a cleaning request.

For the 5-piece clothing package, the first order will cost JPY 4,980 (including tax) and subsequent orders will cost JPY 4,500 (including tax).
For the 10-piece clothing package, the first order will cost JPY 8,480 (including tax) and subsequent orders will cost JPY 7,980 (including tax).
Down coats and other coats are also accepted!
If you would like to declutter your closet, we recommend the 10-piece clothing package with a storage service of up to 9 months (JPY 13,000, including tax).

How to Accrue Miles

Miles will be credited to your account each time you use a service (i.e., after completing payment).
