Arisan Mark no Hikkoshisha (literally, "the moving company with the ant mark") provides moving services that emphasize safety, peace of mind, and compassion. Only employees who have verified personal references are assigned to moving teams and all moving services staff are clearly identified by their names while on duty.
ANA Mileage Club members not only receive a 20% discount on the basic moving fee, but can also enjoy various other services provided by Arisan Mark no Hikkoshisha.

Mileage Accrual

Mileage Accrual Rate

Monday to Thursday: 2 miles for every JPY 100 (basic fee)

Friday, Weekends, and National Holidays: 1 mile for every JPY 100 (basic fee)

How to Accrue Miles

When calling the number below to request an estimate, please provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

If a request is not made during the period between the moving service request and the completion of said move, retroactive mileage registration will not be permitted.

Only moving service requests within Japan are eligible.
Estimate requests which are made by corporate customers, as well as requests which are made online or through other means are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Customers who have already received their estimates or have already contracted for moving services are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Estimate requests which are not made through the telephone number indicated below are not eligible for mileage accrual.
After an estimate request has been made through other means, the request cannot be resubmitted through the ANA website.
This service cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
