The company's newly developed eco-friendly packing boxes enable tableware to be packed safely without the need to use packing paper material, which saves time and reduces waste. The packing boxes were designed to be easy to use for everyone from children and the elderly. Such reusable packing materials are loaned to customers free of charge for greater cost savings.

Mileage Accrual

Miles from ANA Miles Plus (ANA Card Payment)	In addition to miles that can be redeemed with credit card points, customers can earn 1 mile for every JPY 200 (including tax) spent when paying with an ANA Card.

How to Accrue Miles

[ANA Card Members]: If an ANA Card is used to pay for moving fees after a quotation is requested from Art Corporation, a total of 2 miles can be earned for every JPY 200 spent.

Mileage Accrual When Paying with Apple Pay/iD/QUICPay™

iD payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
Furthermore, Apple Pay payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are made using iD and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
QUICPay™ payments with ANA JCB Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
Apple Pay payments with ANA JCB Cards are made using QUICPay™ and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

Only moving services within Japan are eligible for mileage accrual.
Make sure to provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when requesting a quotation. Please note that requests for retroactive mileage accrual will not be accepted.
Mileage will not be accrued if a service contract is not signed after receiving a quotation or if services are canceled.
Customers who do not state their intention to accrue miles before the quotation process is completed will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
Some services, including corporate customer services and discounted services, may not be eligible for mileage accrual.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits (awards).
Certain procedures are required when redeeming credit card points for miles and an annual redemption handling fee will apply, with some exceptions. (Some cards, such as ANA Wide Gold Cards, do not require redemption handling fees.) The number of accruable miles may differ depending on the credit card company, transaction details, etc.
Miles from ANA Card Miles Plus and miles from providing your ANA Mileage Club membership number are accrued separately.
