How to Accrue Miles

Please go to the bottom of this page and use the phone number shown under Inquiries to request a quotation. Upon requesting your quotation, please make sure to provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number.

Mileage Accrual Date

Miles are scheduled to be credited to the mileage balance by around the end of the month following the month in which the move is completed.

Notes

  • Only moving services within Japan are eligible for mileage accrual.

    • Make sure to provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when requesting a quotation.
    • Please note that retroactive mileage registration requests will not be accepted.
    • Mileage will not be accrued if a service contract is not signed after receiving a quotation or if services are canceled after a service contract is signed.
