Mileage Accrual

1 mile for every JPY 100 (excl. tax) spent when using the Full International Moving Service Pack (Sea Shipment) for one of the following eligible origin-destination pairs.

From Japan to all around the world (individual contracts only)
From China to Japan (standard sea shipment fees only)
From Malaysia to Japan
From Thailand to Japan
From Indonesia to Japan
From Germany to Japan (Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich)
From Poland to Japan
From Hungary to Japan
From Spain to Japan
From Singapore to Japan
From Taiwan to Japan

The following fees and charges are included in the above services but are not eligible for mileage accrual.

Taxes, insurance fees, rail and sea transportation fees, fees which require advance payment (arrival fees at destination, etc.), fees when moving from certain points of origin in China (Hong Kong, etc.) to Japan, moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move, corporate contract prices (for moves from Japan), non-eligible package prices, discounted prices

How to Accrue Miles

When requesting the Full International Moving Service Pack (Sea Shipment) for an international move, provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Card membership number in order to earn miles.

Request international moving services.
1 mile for every JPY 100 spent

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

If a request is not made at the time of the moving service request, retroactive mileage registration will not be accepted.

Notes

When the point of origin is in China, only standard sea shipment fees are eligible for mileage accrual.
Moves between two destinations outside Japan and air shipment fees are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Moving service package plans and other discounted services are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Services for moves from Japan which are requested under a corporate contract are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move are not eligible for mileage accrual.
