We will do all we can to support your move and reduce your preparation stress, whether you want someone to help lighten the load of arranging contractors, or to keep using your belongings right up until moving day. We carry out your move and trade-ins simultaneously.
In order to achieve your desired moving date and time, we conduct our operations not only with TreFac Hikkoshi movers but also in partnership with certified moving companies in our alliance network. We assign moving companies who have scored highly in customer satisfaction and similar metrics in service quality surveys.

How to Accrue Miles

For inquiries, please send them via our dedicated TreFac Hikkoshi ANA Mileage Club page or contact the toll-free number.
If you apply online, please provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when you are contacted by TreFac Hikkoshi.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1 to 2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Please provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number after applying and before the quotation is made.

Notes

You will not be eligible for accruing mileage if you use only the trade-in service.
Make sure to provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when applying for a quotation.
Please note that retroactive mileage registration requests will not be accepted.
In the event of cancellation after an application is made, mileage will not be accrued.
