You can now redeem the EZO Points you have earned based on how much you shop and spend at EZOCA partner stores across Hokkaido for ANA miles! Check your point balance via your account (on My Page) or at EZOCA Beam Stations (point redemption machines) located at Satudora drugstores.
The EZO Points you have earned can be redeemed for ANA miles or used when paying for purchases at EZOCA partner stores. You can also redeem 500 points for a coupon (JPY 500 incl. tax) usable across EZOCA stores or a facility usage coupon.

Mileage Accrual Date

Your miles should be credited to your mileage balance about 1 to 2 months after you have made your redemption request for ANA mileage.

Notes

EZO Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back.
EZO points may not be transferred to the miles if you use your EZO point balance in a different way between the time of the transfer request and the time of completion.
