HeartOne Points is a loyalty program with which you can earn points in accordance with HeartOne card purchase amounts. You can earn points on shopping purchases and even accrue double points when using your HeartOne card at an eligible Daiwa House Group facility. You can then choose from a selection of more than 100 different kinds of items, including product vouchers and items from famous brands, to use your points on. (Points must be commensurate to items.) With points being valid for up to 6 years, take your time earning your points and deciding on how to spend them.

How to Accrue Miles

To redeem HeartOne Points for miles, make a a request on the HeartOne NetAnswer webpage. (Text is available in Japanese only.)

  A request must be made every time you wish to redeem points for miles. (Requests can be made free of charge.)
You will then receive a serial code on LINE or via a letter. (This will be 1 to 2 weeks after making your point redemption request.)
After receiving your serial code, access the serial code receipt page.
Select "ANA Miles," enter your 10-digit AMC membership number, and then press "Confirm."

Mileage Accrual Date

You will receive your serial code 1 to 2 weeks after making your point redemption request.
Your miles will be credited to your mileage balance about 2 to 4 weeks after you have requested for your points to be redeemed for ANA miles on the serial code receipt page.

Note

Even if you make a request for your HeartOne Points to be redeemed for ANA miles, you may not receive any miles for reasons relating to HeartOne Points.
Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back. Miles cannot be redeemed for points.
Point redemption requests are subject to the HeartOne Point membership terms and conditions.
