The accrued points can be redeemed for miles.

Application form requests are accepted by telephone.

Use the document request service to request the Lovely Point Mileage Redemption Application Form (Document Number: 5013).
Upon receiving the Lovely Point Mileage Redemption Application Form, complete it with the required information, cut out the return address on the form and attach it to an envelope, then send the envelope by post.

After submitting the application, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

If the name of the JACCS Card cardholder does not match that of the ANA Mileage Club account, point redemption will not be processed.
After a point redemption application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. Lovely Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back.
The selection of products which can be redeemed with Lovely Points is changed every year during February 1-15. Point redemption is therefore not possible during this period.
