JR TOWER SQUARE CARD ANA Kitaca is a type of JR TOWER SQUARE credit card which combines Kitaca (a smart card-based e-money system offered by JR Hokkaido) and ANA Mileage Club functionalities.
Cardholders can earn points through purchases at the JR TOWER complex. These points can be redeemed for shopping tickets which can be used toward other purchases at the complex. JR TOWER SQUARE Points can be redeemed for miles, and vice versa, with no handling fees.
In addition, there are many partner merchants who offer special services or discounts to those who use or present their JR TOWER SQUARE CARD ANA Kitaca.

Mileage Accrual Date

After submitting the application, approximately 1-3 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Mileage accrual is not automatic. A request must be submitted each time.
When applying, please confirm that the customer name that is indicated after logging into the JR TOWER website is the same as that of the JR TOWER SQUARE CARD ANA Kitaca cardholder.
Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back into JR TOWER SQUARE Points.
Applications will be invalidated if the ANA Mileage Club membership number, JR TOWER SQUARE CARD ANA Kitaca card number, or any of the entered information is incorrect or incomplete. In such cases, the deducted R Tower Square Points will be returned approximately 2-3 months after the application date.
