This point program is primarily for Kansai Electric Power (KEPCO) customers who are registered with Hapi e-Miruden.
Hapi e-Points can be earned not only on electricity bills but also on payments for services provided by KEPCO Group companies and Hapi e-merchants.Hapi e-Points are even accrued automatically on purchases with the Hapi eVISA Card (credit card).

Points can be redeemed for ANA miles and used to support your region and community.
There is also a wonderful range of products to choose from, and so members can use their points toward the products that best suit their needs.

There is no registration fee or annual membership fee, so you've no reason not to register with Hapi e-Point!

How to Accrue Miles

Go to the Hapi e-Point Club website, log into the member's menu, then complete the procedures.

Mileage Accrual Date

After submitting the application, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Service is available in Japanese only.

No fees are involved in redeeming points for miles.
Redemption of Hapi e-Points for miles is not automatic. An online request must be submitted each time.
Hapi e-Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back into points. Miles cannot be redeemed for Hapi e-Points.
Point redemption is subject to the KEPCO membership terms and conditions.
