Nippon Life "Zutto Motto" Service
The "Zutto Motto" Service is a unique Nippon Life service that is offered to policyholders. This service reflects Nippon Life's commitment to work even harder and longer ("zutto motto") to provide each policyholder with better after sales services. Through this service, policyholders and their families provide information about their statuses to keep their policies up to date and receive Thanks Miles in return. The Thanks Miles can in turn be used to redeem ANA miles or gifts, or be applied toward donations.
