Rakuten Point is the point program for Rakuten Group. Users can earn 1 point for every JPY 100 spent on Rakuten Group purchases, and points can also be used for a range of Rakuten and partner services (at a rate of 1 point = JPY 1).

How to Accrue Miles

Click on Redeem Rakuten Points for Miles, log into your account with your member ID and password, and then follow the on-screen instructions to make your redemption request.

You must log into Rakuten Marketplace and enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number in order to redeem points.

Points will not be redeemed if the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number is invalid, or if the same ANA Mileage Club membership number is used to request multiple point redemptions on a single day.
Even if point redemption requests are submitted from different ANA Mileage Club membership numbers, if those numbers are consolidate under the same mileage account then redemption is limited to 1 per day.
No fees are charged when redeeming Rakuten Point for miles.
Redemption of Rakuten Point for miles is not automatic. A request must be submitted each time.
Requests to redeem Rakuten Point for miles are subject to rules which are stipulated by Rakuten, Inc.
Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back into the Rakuten Point.
