Make a request at a Sugi Pharamcy, Sugi Drug, Drug Sugi, or S Plus store. Requests cannot be made at stores named "Japan."

  The redemption of points for miles is not automatic. A request must therefore be made each time you wish to do so.

  Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back. Furthermore, miles cannot be redeemed for points.
