How to Apply

Select the button for the number of miles you would like to redeem to proceed to the redemption screen, and complete the redemption procedures following the instructions on the screen.

After the procedures are complete, you can check your voucher code and PIN code on the Coupon (e-Gift card) Number Confirmation screen in My Menu on the ANA website.
When paying for AirJapan tickets or other optional services on the AirJapan website, enter the voucher code and PIN code to purchase with the voucher discount.

Expiration Date

The expiration date depends on the date on which miles are exchanged for the AirJapan flight voucher.

Notes

The voucher issued will be an electronic voucher. Please note that you will not receive a paper voucher.
After a voucher request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.
The vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, resold or transferred to anyone other than the user.
Vouchers redeemed from ANA miles are issued in Japanese Yen (JPY) and can only be used when paying in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Vouchers redeemed from ANA miles can be used for one-way itineraries departing from Japan and for round-trip itineraries departing from Japan.
If part of the payment amount is paid with a voucher, the remaining balance can be paid with a credit card.
Vouchers can be used to pay for flight tickets, optional service fees such as checked baggage, in-flight meals purchased in advance, seat reservations, and taxes associated with these purchases on the AirJapan website.
Vouchers can only be used to pay for airline tickets in the name of the person holding the voucher.
Even if you have multiple vouchers, only one voucher can be used per payment.
Each voucher may only be used once. If a voucher is used once, the same voucher cannot be used again even if there is remaining money on the voucher.
Vouchers can also be used for flight reservations for multiple passengers as a discount toward the total amount of the tickets.
