Notes

Only an active, validated account in the ANA Mileage Club is eligible to convert ANA Mileage Club miles (Miles) into Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Points at a ratio of one (1) Miles to one (1) Point or two (2) Miles to one (1) Point as set forth below. The exchange ratio will change depending on the amount of transfers performed from Miles to ANA Mileage Club Partners’ Points (“ANA Partners’ Points”), including Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Points, within a single year, between April 1 and March 31. The exchange ratio is as follows:

The first transfer of 10,000 Miles to ANA Partners’ Points will be converted at a ratio of one (1) Miles to one (1) Point
The second transfer of 10,000 Miles to ANA Partners’ Points will be converted at a ratio of one (1) Miles to one (1) Point
The third and subsequent transfers of 10,000 or more Miles to ANA Partners’ Points will be converted at a ratio of two (2) Miles to one (1) Point

ANA Mileage Club Miles minimum of 10,000 Miles is required to convert to Points. Redemption is in increments of 10,000 Miles

ANA Mileage Club account name and membership number must match the Marriott Bonvoy account name and membership number in order for the transfer to be successful. Transfers which do not match will be invalidated.
For invalid transfers, the deducted Miles will usually be returned within 8 weeks. Customers will not be individually contacted. Please note that Miles which have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.
Points will normally be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy account in up to 8 weeks.
If you have canceled your Marriott Bonvoy membership at the time of your Miles to Points transfer application, the transfer will not be processed.

Redemption rates are subject to change.
When applying, please make sure that your full name (in Latin alphabet characters) matches the name that is registered to your Marriott Bonvoy account.
After an application is submitted, the redemption cannot be canceled and Marriott Bonvoy points cannot be refunded back into your mileage account as miles. Please redeem Marriott Bonvoy benefits after confirming the relevant terms and conditions.
