Eligibility

Customers who have personalized Manaca cards and are registered for MEITETSU MUSE points, as well as customers who are Meitetsu μ's Card cardholders.

Notes

  • Redemption rates are subject to change.

  • Customers must have one of the following in order to redeem MEITETSU MUSE points: a Manaca card issued by MIC Co., Ltd. and registered for MEITETSU MUSE points or a Meitetsu μ's Card.

  • Redeemed MEITETSU MUSE points can be used to charge value to Manaca cards (starting from 500 points) at μstar Stations located at Meitetsu train stations, etc.

  • When applying, please make sure that the customer name displayed after logging in matches the name of the MEITETSU MUSE points member.

  • Redeemed MEITETSU MUSE points will be available for use approximately 1 month after application.

  • Applications will be invalidated if there are any issues with the MEITETSU MUSE points member information (for example, the member number does not exist). The deducted miles will then be returned after approximately 2-3 weeks. (Customers will not be individually contacted.) Please note that miles which have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.

  • After an application is submitted, the redemption cannot be canceled and points cannot be refunded back into your mileage account as miles. Please redeem partner company points or benefits after confirming the relevant terms and conditions.

  • You can apply for this benefit from the Members-only Features on the ANA website.
