When Making Reservations: Enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number. and your AWD membership number.

On the Actual Day: When picking up the vehicle from the relevant rental office, please present your reservation confirmation; credit card, ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card; Japanese driver's license and international driver's license; and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Retroactive mileage registration is only permitted within 6 months of the rental date.

Miles will not be awarded for use of AVIS Select Series, AVIS Signature Series or vans. Miles are not accrued from chauffeur-driven services, corporate contract rates, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, certain association programs, monthly rentals, long-term rentals, Avis Preferred Free Weekend rentals, award rentals, and net rate programs.
Reservations must be made in advance in Japan.
The car must be rented in ANA Mileage Club member's name to earn miles. Only one member per car rental will be credited with miles.
When picking up the vehicle from the relevant rental office, please present your reservation confirmation; credit card or ANA Mileage Club Card; Japanese driver's license and international driver's license; and state that you wish to accrue mileage. Please note that mileage will not be accrued if these procedures are not completed.
Mileage accrual may also not be available depending on the region, period, and other conditions.
