J-net Rent@Car has locations throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

It boasts an exceptional lineup of vehicles, carrying models from various manufacturers.

This lineup includes not only light ("Kei") vehicles, station wagons and compact cars, but also hybrid vehicles, electric cars, high-end vehicles, minibuses, vans/trucks and much more.

J-net Rent@Car also strives to make travel fun through its lineup, with some of its offices renting out motorcycles and auto rickshaws with a regional vibe.

In addition, it has a range of services designed to make your rental experience all the more comfortable, including a quick check-in service (by which you can reduce the time spent checking in on the date of rental) and rental offices where you can complete vehicle departure/return procedures in 3 minutes using a self-service check-in machine.

Mileage Accrual

Mileage Accrual Rate

1 mile for every JPY 100 (excluding tax) spent

Mileage Accrual Eligibility

Eligible rental offices: All J-net Rent@Car rental offices (*Some rental offices are not eligible for mileage accrual.)
For further details, please contact the General Reservation Center.
The following rental car fees that are paid after making a reservation directly with J-net Rent@Car are eligible for mileage accrual: Basic rental fee, rental extension fee, enrollment fee for the "Anshin Insurance (Liability Insurance) System", enrollment fee for the "Anshin Insurance System Wide" (NOC insurance), and fees for optional items (chains, carriers, etc.).
When multiple ANA Mileage Club members rent a vehicle, only 1 member (the person named in the rental contract) will be able to earn miles.
However, the following situations are not eligible for mileage accrual.

When travel agency package tours or vouchers are used
When online travel agencies are used
When special rental fees are paid (contract fees, special campaign rates, etc.)
When miles are earned through another airline's mileage program or points are earned through another company's points program
When an accident occurs

How to Accrue Miles

Please enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and name on the J-net Rent@Car website when making your reservation. Alternatively, please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the J-net Rent@Car rental office on the date of rental, and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

If you registered these details via the entry form on the website upon making your reservation, you will not be able to change them.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration requests are not accepted.

Please be sure to register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number via the entry form that you fill out when making your reservation on the J-net Rent@Car website.

Alternatively, please be sure to provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number on the date of rental.

Notes

Reservations must be made directly with J-net Rent@Car.
The basic rental fee, rental extension fee, enrollment fee for the "Anshin Insurance (Liability Insurance) System", enrollment fee for the "Anshin Insurance System Wide" (NOC insurance), and fees for optional items (chains, carriers, etc.) are eligible for mileage accrual.
It is not possible to earn ANA miles in conjunction with miles from another airline's mileage program or points from another company's points program.
