Mileage Accrual Eligibility

Eligible Charges

When ANA Mileage Club members reserve vehicles directly with Toyota Rent a Car, payments for the following charges and fees are eligible for mileage accrual: basic rental fee, rental extension fee, one-way drop-off fee, insurance and compensation enrollment fee, refueling charges, and charges for optional items (snow chains, roof racks, etc.).

When multiple ANA Mileage Club members rent a vehicle, only 1 member (the person named in the rental contract) will be able to earn miles.

However, the following situations are not eligible for mileage accrual.
1. When travel agency package tours/coupons or Eki Rent-A-Car products are used.
2. When special discounts other than those which are offered through ANA Cards and ANA Mileage Club Cards are used.
3. When special rental charges are involved (airport/remote island charges, contract fees, monthly fees, welfare discount usage, charges for special promotions, etc.).
4. When vehicles are rented through frequent flyer programs of other airlines.
5. When an accident occurs.
6. When used outside Japan.
7. When renting vehicles using Toyota Rent a Car membership.

How to Accrue Miles

When renting a vehicle, please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Toyota Rent a Car Services for ANA Mileage Club Members

Customers who present their ANA Cards or ANA Mileage Club Cards when renting vehicles will receive a 5% discount on the basic rental fee.

Some vehicle classes and periods are not eligible for discounts.

Travel agency products, JR Eki Rent-A-Car rentals, remote island fees, monthly fees, Welfare Discount rentals, and promotional products are not eligible for this discount.

Receive a discount of up to 10% when reserving through the Toyota Rent a Car website, subject to certain conditions. Please contact the following for details (Mileage accrual is not available when renting vehicles using Toyota Rent a Car membership.).

This service cannot be used with temporary ANA Mileage Club membership cards.
