Information

The coupon/voucher redemption service has been terminated as of June 30, 2022.
In its place, we have launched the following new service as of August 1, 2022: ANA Digital Coupon.

  Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.
  For details about the rental offices, please see the Nippon Rent-A-Car website (Text is available in Japanese only.).

  Customers who applied for coupons/vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use the relevant services until the expiration date shown on their coupons/vouchers.

Required Mileage and Eligible Product

Use 10,000 miles to redeem coupons worth JPY 10,000 (JPY 5,000 coupon x 2) that can be used at Nippon Rent-A-Car.

You can use vouchers to settle rental charges including imported cars(Yanase Premium).

Expiration Date

On the last day of the month, 12 months after the month of issue.
(For example: Coupons issued on April 2 will expire on April 30 of the following year.)

Coupons which have exceeded their expiration dates will no longer be valid.

How to Use

Process

The coupons are delivered to you.
Make your reservation via the Nippon Rent-A-Car reservation center, a Nippon Rent-A-Car rental office, or the ANA website's ANA Traveler’s rental car online reservation service.
Present the coupons when completing procedures to pick up your vehicle.

How to Make a Reservation

Advance reservations are required. Please call the Nippon Rent-A-Car reservation center or a Nippon Rent-A-Car rental office to make a reservation.
When using the ANA Traveler’s rental car reservation service, please make the reservation online via the ANA website.

The coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the coupon request.
Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Coupons are only valid at Nippon Rent-A-Car rental offices within Japan (excluding Eki Rent-A-Car offices and information counters).

Note

Terms and conditions apply to coupon usage. Please read and confirm the details written in the service guide that is delivered with the coupons as well as the reverse side of the coupons themselves.
If the face value of the coupons exceeds the amount to be paid, change will not be given.
If the amount to be paid exceeds the face value of the coupons, the difference may be paid with cash or credit card. The amount equivalent to the face value of the coupons will be excluded from mileage accrual.
When using a credit card to make payment in combination with coupons or cash/Rakuten Edy points, confirmation of either the credit card's expiration date or a form of personal identification will be required. Please contact the Nippon Rent-A-Car reservation center or confirm the details on the Nippon Rent-A-Car homepage.
May not be used in conjunction with other discounts or coupons.
Receipts will not be issued for the face value of the coupons.
Cash or mileage refunds will not be given for vouchers which are not used.
Vouchers cannot be purchased or sold. Vouchers which have been purchased or sold will be invalidated.
ANA is not responsible for any loss or theft of vouchers. Vouchers will not be reissued for any reason.
The delivery address is limited to "Shipping address of the deliverable" registration where the Address Member himself/herself has registered as (Japan Domestic).
