With the GO taxi app, you can hail and ride a taxi easily and immediately, and by using GO Pay, you can get out upon arrival straight away without the need to pay inside the taxi.

Get a taxi straightaway by hailing the one closest to your location.
The taxi's estimated arrival time will be displayed, meaning you can use your waiting time efficiently.
By using GO Pay, you can ride without the use of cash and complete your payment using the app while still in the taxi.
Use AI予約 (AI reservation) to specify a date and time for the taxi to pick you up.
You can choose the type of taxi you with to use.

Information

Mileage accrual and eligibility have changed as of July 1, 2024.
Before change: Miles can be earned by using the GO taxi app or by using GO Pay for payment.
After change: Miles can be earned by using GO Pay for payment.

Mileage Accrual

Mileage Accrual Rate

1 mile is accumulated for every 1 mile of distance traveled (equivalent to payment amount JPY 740 [incl. tax]).

Mileage Accrual / Eligibility

(1) Download the GO app.

(2) Register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number in the GO app, then use a taxi and pay using GO Pay.

Timing of Mileage Accrual

After payment, approximately 1 to 2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to your mileage balance.

Notes

Please be aware that it may not be possible to credit mileage if a system or other error occurs when hailing a taxi with GO or paying with GO Pay.
Please ensure that you have updated to the latest version of GO before using the app.
When using a coupon with this service, mileage will be accrued for the payment amount minus the coupon amount.
Mileage will not be accrued upon presenting an airline mileage card or similar inside the taxi.
Mileage will not be accrued if there is a mistake in the 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number.
Please note that mileage may not be accrued if the ANA Mileage Club account is unlinked from the GO app before the mileage is credited.
Mileage will not be accrued when using the GO BUSINESS service.
ANA Pay virtual prepaid cards cannot be used to register for GO Pay payments.
