Mileage accrual with Apple Pay/iD/QUICPay™ payments

Use of "iD" with ANA VISA/Master Card designated as the payment card is not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
Also, payments made with Apple Pay that specify ANA VISA/Master Card as the payment card will be paid using "iD" and will not be eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
