Laundry-free travel made easy
Smart Traveler is a service that allows you to leave your laundry at your hotel when traveling and have it washed and delivered to your home.
It's so easy to use. Simply put your clothes in a special laundry bag (fill it as much as you like) and leave it with your hotel or at the counter at Naha Airport. Our nationally certified cleaning experts will wash your clothing using water and fold them by hand ready for delivery to your home.
All you need to do is put your clothes away in your closet. You can sit back and relax in the afterglow of a holiday where you haven't had to carry around heavy, bulky laundry back from Okinawa, and where you haven't had to do laundry while you're tired after just returning home.

In addition to miles that can be redeemed with credit card points, customers can earn 1 mile for every JPY 100 (including tax) spent when paying with an ANA Card.

Certain procedures are required when redeeming credit card points for miles and an annual redemption handling fee will apply, with some exceptions. (Some cards, such as ANA Wide Gold Cards, do not require redemption handling fees.) The number of accrued miles may differ depending on the credit card company, transaction details, etc.

How to Accrue Miles

Use an ANA Card to pay for purchases.

Mileage Accrual When Paying with Apple Pay/iD/QUICPay™

iD payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
Furthermore, Apple Pay payments with ANA VISA Cards or ANA MasterCards are made using iD and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
QUICPay™ payments with ANA JCB Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.
Apple Pay payments with ANA JCB Cards are made using QUICPay™ and are therefore not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

QUICPay™ and Apple Pay payments made with ANA American Express Cards are not eligible for ANA Card Miles Plus.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1–2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

Only suitable for clothes that can be washed in water and dried in a dryer.
Special or dry-clean-only clothing not accepted.
At the discretion of our cleaning experts, some clothing may be returned without being washed. Please check the operator's website for details.
