When Disruption Is Expected due to Bad Weather, etc.

ANA-operated flights departing from/arriving at airports listed under Operation Information that may be delayed or canceled. (Please see Involuntary Refunds due to Irregularities beyond ANA's control (such as bad weather) (International Flights) for flights whose cancellation or delay has been confirmed.)

International flight tickets issued by ANA with a reservation for an applicable flight (with ticket numbers starting with 205)

An EMD issued by ANA for ancillary services for an applicable flight (EMD numbers starting with 205)

Click Cancel on the View Reservations page to request a refund. (Handling fees will not be incurred.) (Available until prior to the departure of the flight.)

Information concerning handling fee exemption will be displayed for the applicable tickets.

Customers Who Have Purchased Paid Services (e.g., Paid Exclusive Dining)

If you cancel your reserved flight, your paid services will also be canceled.

Service fees for unused flight sectors will be refunded.

You can make changes on the ANA website (up to 75 minutes prior to flight departure).

Please check your reservation details under View Reservations on the ANA website, and click Change Reservation.

Information concerning handling fee exemption will be displayed for the applicable tickets.
If the fare, charge, etc. is not waived in spite of an applicable ticket, or if it comes within 75 minutes of flight departure, please call ANA.

Please note that the difference may be required depending on the flight you are changing to.

If the ticket can be changed and the fare is recalculated in accordance with the fare rules and regulations, the refund will be made in the amount of the difference.

In this instance, if you would like to use the EMD for the paid service after making such a change, you must make another request for the service.
