• *A passenger facility charge (Applicable for designated airports only) will be added to the fare.

Applicable to passengers 12 years of age and older flying in Economy Class seats.(If the flight departs before March 30, 2024 or the ticket is issued before January 31, 2024.)

Children aged 3 or older. (If the flight departs on or after March 31, 2024 and the ticket is issued on or after February 1, 2024.)

ANA Biz exclusive fares are available when making reservations and purchasing tickets via ANA Biz.

From 09:30 (JST) 355 days prior to the departure date up to the departure date itself.

Tickets are valid on the issue date (credit card payment date) and 1 year from the day thereafter (until the same date 1 year later).
Please note that, if your ticket has a reservation, it will be valid only for the reserved flight. If you do not change or cancel your reservation before the flight departs, you will be unable to use the ticket thereafter.

Reservation changes for the same sector are permitted before the departure. However, the name of the passenger, the segment, and the airline to be used cannot be changed.
Refer to this information regarding destination airport changes for routes departing from and arriving at Tokyo, Osaka, the Northern Kyushu region (Fukuoka/Kitakyushu/Saga), and Hiroshima/Iwakuni.
Fare adjustment is required when the fare of the purchased ticket and that of the actual flight differs.

Fare Types

You can change to the fares below without incurring any handling fees. When changing to one of these fares, you will simply be asked to pay or be refunded the resulting fare difference.

Refunds will be handled in the period from the date of ticket purchase up to 30 days from the day after the date of the reserved flight.
Charge (Refund charge and Cancellation charge) will be applied.

No refund charge will be charged for tickets purchased after November 2, 2022.

For Administrators

Premium Fare is also available, but on the ANA Biz website, Premium Biz will be recommended.
You can restrict usage of the Premium Fare by restricting the available fares on the confirmation/changes screen for available fares under the administrator maintenance menu.
If you restrict the fares displayed on fare maintenance, the restricted fares cannot be selected on the seat availability screen.

Please note that your assigned seat may be changed to Economy Class without prior notice due to aircraft changes, delays, flight cancellations, or other unavoidable reasons.
For tickets that have already been purchased, the amount to be refunded will be the difference with Biz for the reserved flight. This amount will also be based on the ticket's fare basis date.
