Reservations

Make your reservation with one of the taxi or vehicle for hire companies below between 1 month to 3 days in advance.

    If you need to make a reservation less than 3 days before the desired date, please inquire with the relevant taxi or vehicle for hire company.

When making your reservation, please inform the company that you will be using ANA Digital Coupons.

  • Pick-up address

  • Date of use

  • Relevant flight number, scheduled arrival time of flight, departure location (country)

  • Destination address

  • Number of passengers and baggage items

    10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number of the customer that has applied for the benefit

Coupons cannot be used at other taxi or private hire vehicle companies which are not listed above. Coupons also cannot be used if the reservation is not made at least 3 days in advance.

Manzaki Kotsu

The vehicle type (either a sedan or van) used for your airport transfer will be determined based on how many passengers will be in your group and how many baggage items you will have.

    There are no additional charges for vans.
    Up to 2 passengers (sedan-type vehicle)
    3 to 5 passengers (van-type vehicle)

Tokyo MK Taxi

4 (sedan-type vehicle)

    The recommended number of passengers is 3.

6 passengers (van-type vehicle)

    The recommended number of passengers is 5.

    Customers designating a van-type vehicle will be charged a separate JPY 1,500.

Pick-Up Locations

Notes

  • Only 1 pick-up location and 1 destination may be designated.

  • Customers cannot designate the type (e.g., brand) of vehicle that they wish to use.

  • Child seats cannot be used.

  • If the amount to be paid exceeds the face value of the coupons, the difference may be paid with cash or a credit card.

  • If the amount to be paid exceeds the face value of the coupons, the difference is eligible for mileage accrual.

  • When using Eastern Airport Motors and Tokyo MK Taxi services, please use an ANA Card to pay the difference. When using Manzaki Kotsu services, please pay the fare with cash or a credit card, inform the driver that you wish to accrue mileage, and collect a travel receipt.

  • Change will not be given when coupons are used for payment.

  • Customers requesting a handwritten receipt will generally be issued one showing the amount paid minus the value of the coupons. If you would like to receive a handwritten receipt for the full amount, the driver will issue one showing a payment method breakdown (to indicate the amount paid for by coupons). Please confirm the details with the driver.

  • Please note that the number of vehicles is limited and services may be changed according to vehicle availability.

  • Protection from coupon-related losses which result from flight delays or cancelations is not provided.
