ANA Digital Coupons

You can redeem your accrued miles for ANA Digital Coupons.

ANA Digital Coupons are coupons that can be used in units of JPY 1,000 to pay for services/products of the ANA Group or its partner companies.

You can redeem miles for ANA Digital Coupons starting from 10,000 miles (10 coupons worth JPY 1,000 each) up to 50,000 miles (50 coupons worth JPY 1,000 each) with a single redemption request.

How to Use / Terms and Conditions

Expiration date
ANA Digital Coupons expire at the end of the month 12 months from the month of redemption.

(Example) An ANA Digital Coupon issued on July 1, 2022 will be valid until June 30, 2023.
- Please be sure to use your coupons before they expire. All expired coupons will be invalidated.

How to Use
STEP 1 (Redemption Prior to Using Service)

Click on the relevant button at the bottom of this page to redeem your preferred number of miles for coupons in a single redemption request.

STEP 2 (When Using Service)

Click on [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号URLの照会] (available in Japanese only; meaning "URL for Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") in the email that you receive after making a redemption request and log in to the ANA website.

Alternatively, go to the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号の照会] screen (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") and log in to the ANA website.

STEP 3 (When Using Service)

On the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号の照会] screen (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation"), click on the URL for the relevant coupon in the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号] section (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number").
STEP 4 (When Using Service)

Upon making payment, select the number of coupons you wish to use and proceed using one of the following methods: (1) Present your QR code, (2) scan the relevant QR code for the store you wish to use at the store, or (3) enter the relevant password for the store you wish to use.（4）Click to use coupon

STEP 5 (When Using Service)

[ご利用済み] (available in Japanese only; meaning "Used") will be displayed on your screen. Please show this to the member of staff at the register to complete the payment procedure.
Notes
- As you must display your coupons by clicking on [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号URLの照会] (available in Japanese only; meaning "URL for Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") in the email that you receive after making a redemption request, please make sure that you keep the email safe.
  
  Alternatively, you can display your coupons by directly accessing the [クーポン（eギフトカード）番号の照会] screen (available in Japanese only; meaning "Coupon (e-Gift Card) Number Confirmation") and logging in.
- Some services must be reserved in advance.
- ANA Digital Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The possibility to use ANA Digital Coupons in conjunction with discount services and the available payment methods for the amount minus the coupons’ value differ depending on the service or facility.
- Change will not be given when ANA Digital Coupons are used for payment. Any remaining coupon amounts cannot be transferred toward the purchase of other products or services.
- After a coupon request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.
- ANA is not responsible for any loss or theft of coupons. Coupons will not be reissued for any reason.
- Coupons cannot be purchased or sold. Coupons which have been purchased or sold will be invalidated.

Coupons can be used to purchase items at ANA FESTA shops.

Airport Duty-free Shop Purchases

Coupons can be used to purchase items at ANA Duty Free Shops or to purchase items at BVLGARI or TIAT DUTY FREE SOUVENIR or TIAT DUTY FREE SHOP SOUTH (both of which are run by ANA Trading Duty Free Co., Ltd).
