Make Reservations/Purchases and Plan Your Travel

Plan your travel and make the necessary reservations/purchases whenever, wherever.
After making your reservations and purchases, you can link your flight reservations to the ANA App to manage your reservations and seats and start seamless online check-in.

Airport Access

Find out how to get to/from the airport in keeping with your reserved flight. Get information on the security checkpoint cut-off time and boarding gate for your flight in a timely fashion. Plus, take advantage of our service that enables you to reserve ground transportation tickets and earn miles at the same time!

In-Flight Meals / In-flight Duty Free Pre-order Service (International Flights)

The Pre-order Meal Service*1 is available for international flights.
You can book your desired meal, such as traditional Japanese cuisine or Western cuisine (meat/fish dishes), or forgo an in-flight meal.

We will help you to enjoy a smooth trip by providing you with timely flight status updates (including information on cancellations and delays) during each travel scene.

Online check-in

Use your smartphone or another device to prepare for your flight whenever and wherever you are. Easily check in online, reserve/change your seat, and issue your boarding pass from 24 hours prior to departure.

Passengers who cannot check in online and those who require assistance are kindly asked to continue completing procedures at an airport counter and the Special Assistance counter respectively.
